Neal Scribner started his professional career as a project designer for “Welton Becket & Associates” the largest Architectural firm in the world at the time.
 

Licensed in California in 1964 Neal Scribner opened his private practice in 1972. Also licensed in Nevada he has completed projects in Nevada, as well as Texas and many communities in California.
 

Neal designs all of his projects and represents his clients at City Councils, Planning Commissions, City Staff, and community meetings as required to obtain design approval.
 

His design solutions reflect his client’s individual building program requirements. As a full-service architect, he provides or coordinates all disciplines necessary to obtain a building permit for his clients.

Neal served on the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association representing property owners that resulted in the Thousand Oaks City Council approving the new specific plan. The plan allows residential to be built over retail facing Thousand Oaks boulevard.

Neal also served on the mayor’s business round table. He was also, a member of the Thousand Oaks Chamber of Commerce. While chairing the land use committee he assisted the city in rein the building design guidelines, garage, and grading ordinance.

While serving on the executive board of the Conejo Valley Historical Society he donated architectural and engineering plans.
